Alcove a Craftpine practice

C
Appendix C · Method note

The practice keeps three standing commitments.

Kill criteria before capital. Every format under study carries numbered, numeric, dated criteria with the exit action written in advance. This study’s K2 was falsified by research before a purchase order existed.

Falsifiable gates, amended by their misses. The amendment this study earned: read the category’s own record, and price what it costs to prove a model, before building the model. The evidence that closed this program was public and free the whole time, and it was written by operators carrying more capital than this practice will commit. A model that cannot pay back at any demand anyone has measured is not rescued by a better site, a better machine, or a better menu, so the category record and the total-capital arithmetic now run first: before format work, before machines, before any site. Site constraints, circulation among them, are checked inside the site assessment where they belong.

The operating model. The practice runs as two AI surfaces around one principal: one authors strategy and task specifications, the other executes against the real system and writes back evidence. Every task ends in a written report; the reports are the record. Load-bearing claims are verified against primary sources before they are trusted, and the confirmed, refuted, and excluded counts are kept.
